Lift your spirit with the soulful breath of the flute.

Evening Raga

Objective

To help users release emotional heaviness and uplift their mood through the uplifting tones of Raga Puriya Dhanashree.

Problem Statement

At the end of the day, many people carry lingering sadness, stress, or mental fatigue, making it hard to unwind and reset emotionally.

Solution Provided

“Evening Raga” uses the mesmerizing, mood-elevating power of Raga Puriya Dhanashree-especially in flute alapana-to gently dissolve emotional weight and restore a sense of lightness and inner clarity.

The Science

Studies in music therapy show that melodic patterns can stimulate emotional and physiological changes. Raga Puriya Dhanashree, known in both Hindustani and Carnatic traditions, evokes shanta (peace) and hasya (joy) rasas. Its gradual, immersive structure (especially in alapana) engages the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and mood elevation.
