Visual Memory is a short-guided exercise designed to train the brain’s visual storage system. Through structured recall of images, patterns, and visual cues, users practice encoding information more vividly, allowing for stronger and longer-lasting memory retrieval.
Based on dual-coding theory and visual-spatial memory research, this exercise strengthens neural pathways in the occipital and parietal regions of the brain – responsible for visual imagery and working memory. Repeated training improves both short-term and long-term retention, as the brain learns to convert fleeting visuals into stable mental representations.
