Breathe Centering uses rhythmic breath and present-moment awareness to energize the body and refocus the mind-providing a subtle but effective emotional reset.

The Science

Centering breathwork draws from mindfulness and somatic psychology, helping regulate the nervous system and mood by increasing oxygen flow, reducing ruminative thinking, and activating the prefrontal cortex. It’s been shown to reduce symptoms of mild depression and improve emotional stability.

  • A comfortable place to sit or stand 
  • Optional: headphones for the audio
